My husband and I started working with Joseph back in May. We were looking to downsize. He helped us look for the right home and it took some time. He was very patient and professional, always showed us what to look for in a home. He showed us properties all over the city and other cities. He worked very hard when he listed our home. He even showed up when other agents were showing our house to their clients. He said that he wanted to “show of the features off himself”. He scheduled open house tours and had very professional looking brochures. He had a great marketing program set up and even had a web site just for our home. He always kept us informed of what was going on. Whenever my husband and I called Joseph, he was there, even on the Labour day Sunday he answered our calls. Joseph is a great negotiator, listener and professional. He is a great real estate agent and we will work with Joseph again when our kids start looking for homes. I would definitely recommend Joseph Grguric to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling their home he is a great asset to have.
